Novecento - Secret

The long awaited new album by Novecento �SECRET� includes the single �CRY� - which topped not only the Italian FIMI (Italian Music Industry Federation) singles chart but also the downloads charts of all the most important digital outlets this summer!. Guest stars of the calibre of Dominic Miller (Sting's guitarist), Brian Auger (Hammond organ), Manu Katch� (drums) and Stanley Jordan (guitar) have once again contributed to this latest work by the band. This pop-rock album includes 11 original tracks with a seventies feeling plus the piece �Tell me Something�, already published on the album �Featuring�, but which now sees the participation of the American guitarist Stanley Jordan. The album, which was recorded and mixed in the Nicolosi Production studios, will also be available for purchase and download, together with the single, from all the digital outlets. Novecento are: Lino Nicolosi (guitar), Dora Nicolosi ( voice) , Rossana Nicolosi (bass), Pino Nicolosi (piano, keyboards). The band Novecento was formed in 1984 and released the track Movin' on which became number one in Italy. In the same year the group won the �revelation of the year� award. Over the years the band has produced and worked with many international stars such as Sting, Billy Preston, Randy Crawford, Dominic Miller and Billy Cobham to name just a few. They signed with ZTT (Trevor Horn�s label) for the European market and are distributed in America under the Atlantic label. In 2001 they wrote and produced the album by Billy Cobham (celebrated drummer and icon of the seventies) published by 24 Sony affiliates throughout the world.
