Wastnage/Dunn - Susan Spain-Dunk; Ruth Gipps: Music for violin and piano

Since meeting as students the long-standing collaboration between Patrick and Elizabeth has included research, performance and premieres of neglected British violin and piano repertoire. Their interest in the music of Susan Spain-Dunk was kindled by Patrick playing in a recording of the Lament for String Orchestra. Patrick's orchestra has also recently performed Ruth Gipps's Horn Concerto.
