J. William Parker - Shadowmen

Parker starts out Shadowmen with a muffled, smokey atmosphere on Rope Around My Neck, & though only a minute & a half, one can't help but picture him playing amongst the simple recording equipment in his bedroom, accompanied by an acoustic guitar, chilly digital reverb, as well as the hues of 70s acid folk & acoustic blues. Fans of Nick Drake, Bert Jansch or Ted Lucas will enjoy these tracks - the essence of modern, home-recorded loner, acid folk.
