Moreover, each of the authors of the compositions pays great attention to unique sound, timbreand harmony. Chronologically speaking, the oldest composition is Le Merle noir/The Blackbird by Olivier Messiaen.

Fascination with jazz, in turn, is expressed by Daniel Schnyder (b. 1961). This outstanding saxophonist and composer, born in Switzerland and currently living in New York, has composed numerous pieces for various instrumental ensembles.
