This album is the third volume of Tartini�s works for violin and basso continuo, adding another significant recording to Dynamic�s releases of music by the Baroque composer. The performers are the duo ?rtomir �i�kovi? (violin) and Luca Ferrini (harpsichord), the same artists as on the first two volumes (CDS7744 and CDS7775). Both musicians are acclaimed specialists in this repertoire. The sonatas recorded here are taken from the manuscripts numbered 1905. This rare recording is currently not matched elsewhere on the market.
