Various - Le Concerto d'Amour - Concerto et Sonates baroques

The 'Concerto d'Amour', founded in 2010 by Jean-Pierre and Marie Nouhaud as well as Philippe Foulon, has for several years been conducting a musicological research on the reconstruction of Baroque instruments: sympathetic string instruments (instruments d'amour). This album shows the rebirth of these very rare instruments through pieces of emblematic French and Italian composers of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. This album, produced by Continuo Classics & Cordes & Compagnies, is the debut in a new collection, Musica Angelica, dedicated to the 'instruments of love' (instruments d'amour).
