Trio Cerrys - Medailles Antiques: Tribute to the French Chamber Music

The pieces gathered here are a tribute to French music, from the baroque period to the first half of the 20th century. An exception, however, is Cesar Cui, a Russian, who had a French father, and who took much inspiration from the music of France. The musicians of the CERRYS Trio bring together three cultures, three different worlds in a Franco-Italian-Japanese formation. Ruggero, Raphael and Yuko met on the occasion of a summer academy where they were invited to give masterclasses.
