Turku Po/Segerstam - Ludwig van Beethoven: The Creatures of Prometheus

Beethoven�s first stage work � a ballet score for a stage production overseen by the dancer and choreographer Salvatore Vigan�, nephew of the composer Luigi Boccherini. The overture remains popular and the finale features the theme later used in the �Eroica� Symphony. Conducted by the eminent Leif Segerstam.
