Bois Goetre-Hen A'r Cylch - Make Them Hear You

The refreshing debut album from Wales' newest Male Voice choir, with modern pieces as well as traditional.In 2009 a male choir was formed in the lower Llynfi valley of South Wales. A number of experienced and well respected choristers came up with some basic philosophies; keep the choir to a manageable size; take their music to the community rather than insisting they come to them; establish themselves as a quality musical ensemble through the uniqueness of male voice singing; encourage less experienced choristers to grow in ability and to share their joy of singing. One thing was essential, they wanted to keep the choir 'ego-free'. To maintain their mantra 'Leave your egos at the door as it is the music that matters'.It has always been their desire to form a group in which lasting friendships may grow and be nurtured. their aim was to join together and enjoy singing and at the same time perform to the community and raise money for charity.We are delighted to present to you our inaugural recording Make Them Hear You - we hope that you enjoy this diverse mix of music from the various genres not normally associated with a male voice choir, adding to the uniqueness that is Bois Goetre-hen A'r Cylch Male Choir.
